After having great difficulty replacing color inks from Canon at one of Office Depot's brick and mortars, I went online to buy the multipack from Canon. The package arrived in a very timely manner and all cartridges were in working order from the get-go. The seller did their job very well and appreciated by me. I will probably continue to use the seller in future purchases..
